We install and replace fascias and soffits throughout Wellesbourne. Often overlooked, they are a very important part of a buildings roofline and defense against the elements/ wildlife getting to the bottom of your roof. Historically it was common place to use timber fascia and soffit boards which have a lifespan of approximately 10 years. These days it is more common to use UPVC (PVCu) fascia and soffit boards are much more durable, and have a lifespan of upto 50 years. Fascias and soffits are the supporting structure at the base of a roof. The fascia boards carry the guttering and provide important ventilation for your roof, whilst keeping it protected. Without this ventilation, condensation can form, leading to mould, damp and decay in the underlying timber rafters and eventually throughout the structure of your building.
